Planning your wedding ceremony is an exciting step toward creating the day you've always dreamed of. A question I am frequently asked is, "How many songs do I need for my wedding ceremony?"

For a seamless flow, I recommend selecting at least 6-8 songs for your wedding ceremony:

Guest Arrival

Number of songs: 2–3

Why it matters: This sets the mood as guests find their seats and settle in.
Vibe: Calm, romantic, instrumental or soft vocals work well here.

🎧 Think: “Better Together”, or a gentle acoustic cover of a classic love song.

Processional

Number of songs: 1

Begin the ceremony with a song that encapsulates the magic of the moment. Whether it's the timeless classic or a contemporary favourite, this song sets the stage for the grand entrance.

Why it matters: This is the moment — walking down the aisle. Choose something meaningful and moving.
Vibe: Emotional, elegant, heartfelt.

🎧 Think: “A Thousand Years” or “Can’t Help Falling in Love”.

Signing the Register

Number of songs: 2–3

Why it matters: This part takes a few minutes, so you’ll want background music to keep the moment feeling intentional and warm.
